Britney Spears Loses Sons’ Custody to Ex-Husband Kevin Federline

The 25 year old pop star, Britney Spears has lost custody of her two sons Sean Preston, and Jayden James to her ex husband Kevin Federline. Last month the court ordered Britney Spears to undergo a random drug and alcohol test twice a week and found out that Spears was engaged in "habitual" used of controlled substance and alcohol.

Recently the court also charged Britney Spears with misdemeanor counts of hit-and-run driving and driving without a license after she hit another car in a parking lot in August. And one of her former bodyguards, Tony Barretto, spoke out in recent weeks about seeing her take drugs on two occasions in a nightclub.
