James Blunt's Early life
James Blunt was born in Wiltshire, England in 1974. He gained an army sponsored place at Bristol University and he finish his education at the Royal Military Academy. His father was a Colonel in the British Army Air Corps. James Blunt was a commissioned officer in the Life Guards regiment and later on become a Captain in the NATO.

After leaving the military life. James signed to EMI Music Publishing as a song writer and singer. James Blunt's debut single by "soft release" in the United Kingdom was High. This song enters the Top 100 of the United Kingdom's Singles chart. James second single Wisemen and became at #42 at the UK's TOP 20 chart.
